These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our multimedia reporting and field journalism courses, including story research, interview preparation, on-location reporting, scriptwriting, video production, and publication-ready news packages. By enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility and Enrollment

Our courses are available to individuals aged 18 years and over who are residents of Australia. Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by reportzofy. You must provide accurate personal information during registration.

Course Content and Delivery

Courses cover practical skills in story research, interview preparation, on-location reporting, scriptwriting, video production, and creating publication-ready news packages. reportzofy reserves the right to modify course materials or schedules as necessary. All content is provided for educational purposes only.

Payments and Refunds

Fees must be paid in full prior to course commencement. Refunds are available only in cases of course cancellation by reportzofy. No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawal after the cooling-off period.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, scripts, and resources, remain the property of reportzofy. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written consent.

Student Responsibilities

Students agree to conduct themselves professionally during on-location reporting and field activities. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for interviews and locations.

Limitation of Liability

reportzofy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the course.

Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Your data will be used solely for course administration and communication purposes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.
