Payment Terms

All payments for our multimedia reporting and field journalism courses must be made in full prior to course commencement. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other options as specified at enrolment. reportzofy reserves the right to adjust course fees with reasonable notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in accordance with Australian consumer protections. If a course is cancelled by reportzofy, a full refund will be issued. Participants may request a refund up to 14 days before the course start date, subject to an administration fee. No refunds will be provided after course materials have been accessed or the course has begun, except in cases of documented extenuating circumstances.

Course Cancellations and Transfers

In the event of cancellation by the participant, written notice must be provided to reportzofy via [email protected]. Transfers to future course dates may be permitted at the company's discretion. All requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
